Sweating is one of the body’s main methods of
detoxifying. A great way to get a good healthy sweat going is sit in a
sauna. Now the Infrared Saunas differ
from regular saunas in that it takes less time to start sweating. Infrared is a type of light wave used to heat
objects in the sauna instead of the surrounding air. This way one’s respiratory system is not
exposed to as high heat as found in conventional saunas. Most people will begin to sweat after 10
minutes in the Infrared Sauna compared to 20-30 minutes in a conventional
